Our office is conveniently located on US Route 46E in Fairfield, New Jersey, and we proudly serve our local clients throughout New Jersey, New York, and individuals nationwide. During peak tax season (February through mid-April), we offer weekend appointments to better fit your schedule.

Founder & Principal
Ajit Raman, CPA
Ajit is a Certified Public Accountant with over 25 years of professional experience in accounting, taxation, and financial management. He passed the U.S. CPA Examination in 2001 and has since held senior leadership and finance roles across a wide range of industries.
Throughout his career, Ajit has worked with well-known organizations including Al-Futtaim Group, Toys “R” Us Corporation, AIG, Global Business Dimensions, and ACG Group, gaining deep experience in corporate accounting, financial reporting, and compliance. In addition to his corporate background, he has personally helped launch and support over 100 startup businesses, guiding owners through tax planning, structure, and long-term financial strategy.
Ajit brings the same level of expertise and attention to every client—whether working with individuals, families, or small business owners. He is known for his practical advice, clear explanations, and commitment to providing high-quality service at fair and transparent rates.
